Chef Sam and his team create a new special menu every week. This not only helps them maintain their brilliant creativity but gives the regular Diner to Ta Chang a chance to taste something completely different. So from the freshest and best of the wonderful local markets of Rattanakhosan Island, the cultural and heritage center of Old Bangkok, Ta Chang refreshes its menu so there is always something new to try. Here are a few examples from previous weeks…

  • Stilton Rarebit with green leaf salad
  • Boiled Beef Served with boiled leeks and potato's, sough dough, pickles, hot English mustard, fresh horseradish cream and a light beef broth
  • Royal Project Rainbow Trout Pan-fried, served with a caper butter sauce and potato confit
  • Grilled Lamb Rack With red thai curry paste (panang)
  • Ta Chang home made sage and onion sausages With mash potato and onion gravy. (bangers and mash)
  • Bread and Butter Pudding With chocolate chips and masala custard
