How To Find Ta Chang
Bangkok's Restaurant and Dining gem can be a little difficult to find. Although it is very near the famous Khoa San Road, on the Heritage rich, Rattanakhosan Island, overlooking the Chao Phraya River and on the doorsteps of the Wat Po and Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) temples and the Grand Palace.
There can undoubtedly be no better position for a restaurant in Bangkok offering such a diverse, quality menu in such a fantastic central Bangkok location.
Special Note: it's 50 yards from the end of the Lonely Planet Rattannnakhosan Walk.. (just on from the Bangkok tourist information office)… so an ideal place to refresh those tired legs!!
It is best however to get a taxi or Tuk Tuk and give them the map on this page… You should then have NO problem.
Directions
The best way to find Ta Chang is to stand on the Phra Atit Road, underneath the Fly-over which goes onto Saphan Phra Pin Klao (Pin Klao Bridge), with your back to the river. To your right will be the Bangkok Tourist Information Office and 50 yards further on will be Ta Chang Restaurant Ta Chang Restaurant.
